DESCRIPTION:This Sunday\, September 26th\, at 9:30 am Don’t Mess With The Don will be out on Rosedale Valley Road do a mass trash clean up before the snow flies and they need volunteers and they need North Rosedale’s help!  \n\nAll volunteers are asked to meet in the parkette at Severn and Aylmer (Rosedale Valley rd) at 9:30 am.  Bags\, gloves\, shovels\, rakes etc as well as a swell BBQ after with cold drinks and treats will be provided\, but if you have your own gloves and rakes those are always appreciated!\nParking is somewhat limited at the site. There is a paid lot on Yonge st just north of Aylmer\, we will reimburse you for parking if you bring us a receipt. Some free parking may be available up Park Rd past Branksome Hall\, but sun and 18 degrees is the forecast so it will be a nice day to walk as well!

In celebration of the outstanding images captured everyday in our neighbourhood\, we are running a contest for children and adults to enter their favourite photos in any of three categories. \nOur environment: this category celebrates the beauty of our environment throughout the seasons of our parks\, ravines and trees worth preserving and protecting. \nOur people: this category encourages residents to capture moments with family and/or neighbours\, enjoying life and the special moments together. \nOur pets: this category is an opportunity to capture our furry friends making us smile. \nThe contest is divided into three age ranges of NRRA households: • age 13 and under • age 14-18 • age 18+ • \nPlease submit your photos with your Name\, Category and Age Range before April 30th\, 2021 to: photo@northrosedale.ca • Judging to take place in early May 2021 • Winners will be announced the end of May 2021. \nPhotos will be showcased on the North Rosedale Website.
